Yes. Our representation agreement is clear and concise, and every key step of the process—including pricing, fees, and negotiations—is documented.
TurboHome’s fee is based on the purchase price: $5,000 below $500,000; $10,000 from $500,001–$1,000,000; $15,000 from $1,000,001–$2,000,000; $20,000 from $2,000,001–$3,000,000; $30,000 from $3,000,001–$4,000,000; $40,000 from $4,000,001–$5,000,000; and $50,000 above $5,000,000. The fee is usually paid from the seller-offered commission at closing, and the remaining commission is credited to you. You’ll know the fee upfront, with no hidden charges.
